Refund policy
t KAAZY, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make the process simple and fair.
Returns
We accept returns only for unused, unworn, and unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or want a different fit, we’re happy to help with an exchange (subject to stock availability). Exchanges must also be requested within 7 days of delivery. Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as discounted/sale products or limited drops may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve it as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
